The shift into Management Consulting in 2003 was inspired by the realization that my talent also lies in creating software for human minds, which is far more challenging and rewarding.
Over the years I have developed my own proprietary methodology, which I use to help organizations to focus on achieving outstanding results.
Focusing an organization is an art that requires a thorough understanding of human nature and group dynamics. It requires subtlety, simplicity and common sense. Most of all it requires the ability to create win-win-win outcomes for everyone involved.
